Affected by the continued decline in the price of PrNd mixed metals, the mainstream price of China's antimony oxide fell to 277,000-282,000 yuan / ton (EXW cash), down 3,000 yuan / ton from a week ago. Most producers are currently facing losses and do not accept significant price cuts. In view of the high inventory of suppliers and the bearish outlook, market participants believe that China's PrNd Oxidides prices will continue to decline slightly in the coming week.

A Northern-China producer said that its consumer is currently lowering the target purchase price to around 275,000 yuan / ton (EXW cash), but he is now unable to accept significant price cuts. The current minimum acceptable price is 277,000 yuan / ton (EXW cash), down 3,000 yuan / ton from a week ago. “We received a 5 ton round of inquiry on Friday, and the other party wanted to purchase at a price of 27,5000 yuan/ton, but because of the cost, we refused to sell at this price,” the producer said. The most recent transaction was to ship 10 tons at a price of 285,000 yuan/ton 10 days ago. As the price of ruthenium mixed metals continues and suppliers are bearish, he believes that China's PrNd Oxides prices will fall by at least 5,000 yuan/ton in the coming week. The producer has an annual capacity of 2,700 tons of PrNd Oxidides and about 130 tons in March.

Due to the strict control of rare earth production quotas, it is expected that the output this month will be the same as that of the previous month, and it now holds more than 150 tons of stock.A Southern-China producer has lowered the price of PrNd oxide to around RMB 278,000/ton. Due to strong production costs, it does not accept any counter-offer, down 3,000 yuan/ton from the previous week. “Now even the recycling plant is facing losses,” the manufacturer said, and revealed that it is still shipping according to long-term one-way customers. The most recent transaction was to sell 20 tons at a price of around 282,000 yuan/ton a week ago. As most producers have high inventories and consumers continue to cut target purchase prices, he believes that the price of antimony oxide will drop by RMB 5,000/ton in the coming week. The producer's annual production capacity of oxidized enthalpy is 2,000 tons, and the production in March is about 120 tons. It is expected that the output this month will be the same as last month. Its 2018 production is about1,500 tons, now holding about 80 tons of stock.
